PIZZA
Antonio, the heart and soul behind Anto, has always had a deep connection to the art of pizza-making. Growing up in the small town of Pignola, Italy, he would often watch in wonder as the local pizza maker transformed simple ingredients into something extraordinary.
Giancarlo Mancino, from Pignola in southern Italy, is a renowned bartender and founder of GiancarloBAR Ltd. in Hong Kong. He has created iconic brands such as Mancino Vermouth, Rinomato Aperitivo, Sprezza RTD, Bocktailed, and Sei Bellissimi. His commitment to excellence is reflected in collaborations with ITALESSE, UrbanBar, and House of Negroni.
